Technical Center

 

The institute's technical center offers a variety of test rigs for carrying out experiments with a wide range of raw materials and especially fuels. The experiments may be complemented by analysis of feedstocks and products.

• Combustion test rigs: grate furnace, pellet heaters, small-scale furnaces, fluidized combustion system
• Test rig for mixing synthetic flue gases, testing of different sorbents
• Gasification and pyrolysis devices: rotary kilns and batch reactors
• Wide range of gas analysis: O₂, CO, CO₂, NO_x, N₂O, SO₂, HCl, tars, dust, synthesis gases
